ShiftCRM Terms of Service and Regulations
1. General
The ShiftCRM system is a system for managing employees, shifts, attendance and organizational operations.
Using the system constitutes agreement to the terms of service, privacy policy and procedures detailed in this document.
The system is intended for use by organizations, managers and authorized employees only.
2. Purpose of the System
The system is intended for:
- Shift management
- Employee attendance management
- Employee scheduling
- Clock-in and clock-out reporting
- Managing employee requests
- Operational reports
- Checklists and procedures
- Internal organizational communication
- Managing floating employees and transportation
- Documenting operational actions within the organization
3. Permissions and System Access
Each user is assigned a permission level according to their role in the organization.
Examples:
- Admin / system manager
- Branch manager
- Regional manager
- Employee
- View-only user
The system restricts access to information according to the permissions defined by the organization.
4. Privacy and Use of Information
The system stores operational information required solely for managing work.
This information may include:
- Employee name
- Phone number
- Attendance data
- Assignments
- Employee requests
- Actions performed in the system
- Branch and role data
The system does not perform continuous tracking of employees.
5. GPS and Location
If the organization enables GPS verification:
- Location is checked only during a clock-in, clock-out or initiated action.
- The system does not perform continuous background location tracking.
- Location data is intended for attendance verification purposes only.
- The system is not intended for continuous monitoring of employees.
- Employees under the age of 18 do not use GPS-based attendance verification in the system.
Enabling GPS is subject to the user's device permissions.
6. NFC / WiFi / QR
The system may use verification methods such as: NFC, WiFi, QR, GPS.
These methods are intended for attendance verification purposes only and are not intended for continuous tracking of the employee.
7. User Responsibility
The user undertakes to:
- Use the system legally only
- Not transfer access permissions to others
- Not perform malicious actions or attempt to harm the system
- Report unusual use or malfunctions
8. Organization Responsibility
The organization using the system is responsible for:
- Defining user permissions
- Managing employees and shifts
- Proper use of information entered into the system
- Complying with applicable law and labor law requirements
- Managing the organization's internal procedures
The system constitutes an operational tool only, and responsibility for how it is used rests with the organization using it.
9. Information Security
The system operates with reasonable security measures to protect user information.
Nonetheless, absolute immunity from malfunctions, breaches or cyber events cannot be guaranteed.
10. System Availability
The system operates with an effort to provide continuous availability, but the following may occur:
- Maintenance work
- System updates
- Communication failures
- Unusual load
11. Action Logging
The system may log user actions for purposes of:
- Security
- Oversight
- Incident investigation
- Operational control
12. Intellectual Property
All rights to the system, design, code, screens and content belong solely to the system's owners.
Copying, duplicating or distributing without written permission is prohibited.
13. Changes and Updates
The system may update features, screens, permissions, terms of service and privacy policy according to operational, technological or legal need.
